Who Really Shapes Organizational Culture? IHI recently spoke to him about how to develop the leadership skills of middle managers and clinical team leaders.

What is high-impact leadership? In our research, we wanted to determine the most advantageous areas of focus for leaders to achieve Triple Aim results for their organizations.
